In his role as CEO, Paul has been instrumental in the growth and development of the agency using his experience as CEO of a Fortune 500 Meredith Corporation subsidiary. In addition to spearheading Herrmann’s management team, Paul works one-on-one with clients in a wide range of industries to develop powerful marketing strategies, unique positioning platforms and integrated solutions.

For nearly 30 years, Judi has provided the inspiration, direction and encouragement needed to consistently deliver top-notch creative approaches to clients. Judi and the agency’s creative team, media managers, Website developers and print manager are committed to ensuring our clients’ business goals and objectives are consistently reflected and reinforced in the final product.
